E & M - A JAPANESE WEDDING STORY

Eiji and Megumi came all the way from Japan to enjoyed a beautiful wedding in Eze, France. A little medieval town located in the French Riviera close to Monaco with one of the most breath taken views of the Mediterranean Sea since the town is a the very top of the mountain that allows a beautiful panoramic landscape. The contrast of the perfectly blue sea and the beauty of the bride were the perfect mix for this little wedding. The love between them two were undeniable which made the occasion even more special.

The wedding venue was cozy and elegant which blended perfectly with the ornaments, the flower arrangements, and the tables.

The wedding dress of the bride was very beautiful which suited the personality of the bride like a glove. It was such a sunny day that gave an even more perfect view to the sea, the blue of the Mediterranean Sea seemed to be enhanced with the sun and flowers looked so fresh and pretty that they almost looked faked (but they weren’t).

The bride seemed so happy with everything that it was contagious to look!

One of the best things after the engagement is planning the wedding!

Choosing the destination, the dress, the shoes, the flowers, the menu,  and let’s not forget… choosing your bridesmaids!

It is very exciting to tell your friends that they will be part of the ceremony, however, it is no secret that wedding planning can be stressful if you don’t have the right people to help you with the details. That is why the bride needs someone willing to be the helping hand, someone organized,  someone that knows her taste,  someone that is able to listen to her all the time, someone capable to handle things when don’t go as planned and most important, someone that is able to calm her when nerves attack.

The truth is that is hard to find somebody with all these qualities unless you have a best friend since high school that knows you from head to toe,  or you have a good wedding planner that have all in control like  Avalon Events Organisations !

However, no friend will ever know you better than your own mother. She is behind every decision you take, knows your taste better than anyone and wants the best for you, because all she ever wished for is your happiness  especially during your wedding day. Their joy during this entire process of marriage is so contagious that it will make everyone comfortable when the special day comes along.

That is why we are taking our time to celebrate today all mothers. The criers during the “I do”, the huggers that do not miss any guest to give a hug too, and even the wild ones that do not leave  the dancing floor until the DJ is gone!  Because if someone is as excited and happy as you during this day is your mom. 

 

For them watching their kids grow from a little baby to an adult and seen them walking on the aisle is a magnificent moment of pride. So, even though  moms are never an official bridesmaid they do have all the qualities needed to be one. They will always be there at your side whenever you need them no matter the hour or the circumstances.

Time flies, but just before your wedding it seems like be running even two or three times faster. You need to stay focused and remember about everything. Sometimes it gets hard to find yourself in the middle of this “hurricane” but we won’t leave you scared and alone. With our expertise in wedding industry we prepared for you a special kit of the important issues you need to check-up before your Big Day.

1. VENDORS CHECK

Provide all your vendors with the exact directions and contacts. If possible do it on writing, you’ll be sure they won’t miss a thing. If you’ve already done it, it doesn’t hurt do double check. Always better safe than sorry.

2. FINAL PAYMENTS AND TIPS

Make sure that all your vendors are payed ahead so you don’t need to think about it during the ceremony or receptions while running and getting things done. If you are planning to tip anyone, prepare in advance the envelopes with their names. It will make the things a lot easier without having to count any money out

3. HAVE EXTRA MONEY

Just in case you need it. You can’t prevent everything but you can be prepared and then anything will surprise you.

4. BREAK IN YOUR WEDDING SHOES

It doesn’t matter if your shoes cost a fortune and are from the best designer. Make sure that they get perfectly with your feet. Especially leather needs some time to adjust to you. If you normally don’t wear high-heels but you decided but you decided on, better practice walking and dancing in them so on your Big Day you’ll be just flawless.

5. PHOTOGRAPHY SCHEDULE

Every couple (especially brides-to-be) have their dreamed photos shoots that must be made during their wedding day. To avoid explaining and talking with the photographer during the ceremony and reception, provide him with a list of shoots you want to have in your album. Have everything agreed earlier in case you need some accessories.
